[Intro – spoken | 2 bars]
Yeah
Ligurian coast
Cold in the air
Count with me
[Verse 1 – 16 bars]
From ten p.m. the square pulls tight
Different faces, same moment
Some come from the sea, some from downtown
We’re waiting, I can feel it now
Big screen on, the harbor’s watching
The city reflects, no one steps back
Stage set against the rising dark
Tonight is real, no aftermath
Cold hands, warm chest
Words turn into shelter
No excuses, no clear plan
We stay awake, shared breath
[Chorus – 8 bars | simple hook]
Count with me
Don’t walk away
Tonight weighs more than anxiety
Count with me
Down to zero
The new year finds us in the square
[Verse 2 – 16 bars]
Band plays loud, the crowd replies
Voices stacking, layer by layer
Thrown-out wishes, light words
Nobody wants to see it clearer
DJ pushes, heartbeat shifts
The rhythm moves, becomes collective
Some dance to forget the past
Some to say “I didn’t quit”
Open streets, living night
The city doesn’t step aside
This isn’t just a party scene
We’re here, same direction, same line
[Chorus – 8 bars]
Count with me
Don’t walk away
Tonight weighs more than anxiety
Count with me
Down to zero
The new year finds us in the square
[Bridge – 8 bars | half time]
Ten
Nine
Lights in our eyes
Eight
Seven
Time comes loose
Six
Five
Four breaths
Three
Two
One
[Outro – 4 bars]
Zero on the screen
Fires inside
We don’t know what comes next
But we’re present
