On November 16-17, the 7th edition of the Winter Championship of Marina di Loano, organized by Circolo Nautico Loano, saw its 3rd and 4th stages. Despite challenging winds on both days, competitive races proceeded. The event, featuring 43 crews, remains Liguria’s most attended. Standings after three races show Nottedistelle, Corto Maltese, Kai Zen, Grazia, Vogliamatta, and Tuara leading their respective classes. The championship continues on December 7-8.

As of September 30, 2024, Savona had 28,608 registered businesses. Following eight years of growth, the business balance turned slightly negative, losing 68 units, a -0.24% change. Compared to 2023, registrations fell from 283 to 274, while closures rose from 264 to 342. Savona’s growth rate of -0.24% lagged behind regional and national figures. Industry, Construction, and Services sectors grew, while Agriculture and Commerce declined. Only corporations saw growth, increasing by 46 units.
