Liguria Digitale wins the “Industria Felix – Italy Competes” award

Liguria Digitale wins the "Industria Felix" award for financial solidity, sustainability, and outstanding performance, boosting growth and investments in 2023.

Liguria Digitale has once again been recognized as one of Italy’s most financially robust companies, with outstanding financial performance, earning the “Industria Felix – The Italy that Competes” award for the second consecutive year. This ICT company from the Liguria Region has been acknowledged as one of the country’s most competitive enterprises for its management excellence, financial reliability, and sustainability. It excelled in the “Majority Public-Owned Companies” category following an analysis by Industria Felix Magazine. This study was conducted by Cerved using an advanced algorithm to compare the 2022 financial statements of 635,000 Italian joint-stock companies, in collaboration with Luiss Guido Carli University and the Industria Felix Cultural Association, with the support of Confindustria.

The award ceremony took place during the 60th edition of the event at Palazzo Mezzanotte, the headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan, on December 12th.

Pier Paolo Greco, Sole Administrator of Liguria Digitale, expressed, “Winning the Industria Felix Award for the second consecutive year fills our company with immense pride. It reaffirms our commitment to seamlessly integrate innovation, entrepreneurial vision, and efficiency as foundational elements of our strategy.” He further stated that these efforts benefit the public administration and citizens of Liguria, ensuring both economic and financial sustainability.

General Director Enrico Castanini emphasized that Liguria Digitale has sustained its growth trajectory. He highlighted the company’s successful transformation, strengthening its financial robustness and achieving impressive results in the latest approved financial statements. Over five years, total production value has doubled, with a 5% increase in 2023, reaching approximately 91 million euros. Investments and net assets have risen from 17.3 million last year to the current 21 million. The workforce has expanded by 25%, and the number of clients has grown from 65 in 2018 to 226 in 2023. Castanini stated, “The company remains central to the strategic plans of the Liguria Region, while maintaining a perfectly healthy balance sheet.”

The event “Premio Industria Felix – The Competing Italy” is organized by Industria Felix Magazine, a quarterly supplement available for free with Il Sole 24 Ore. The event emphasizes the importance of ESG themes: awareness of environmental limits, resource management, and the principle of sustainability. The 60th edition of the award featured collaboration with Cerved, Luiss Guido Carli University, the cultural association Industria Felix, supported by Confindustria, with media partnerships from Il Sole 24 Ore, Askanews, and Adnkronos. Among the partners are also Banca Mediolanum, Mediolanum Private Banking, ELITE, Leyton Italia, M&L Consulting Group, Dalmine Logistic Solutions, Musa Formazione e Lavoro.
